About
Valéry Lemay is a freelance art director and illustrator living in an apartment high in the trees in Montreal’s Little Italy. She graduated from l’École Multidisciplinaire de l’Image with a bachelor's degree in graphic design in 2014 and has been working in the cultural/food industry (music, publishing, podcast, cafe, food packaging) since then. Softness and minimalism are the defining characteristics of her work, which constantly blurs the boundaries between art and design.
Valéry Lemay est une illustratrice et directrice artistique vivant dans un appartement haut perché dans les arbres de la Petite Italie à Montréal. Elle a complété un baccalauréat en design graphique à l'École multidisciplinaire de l'image en 2014 et œuvre dans le domaine culturel/alimentaire (musique, édition, balado, café) depuis. Son travail qui joue constamment avec les limites entre l’art et le design se définit par la douceur et le minimalisme.
